Jim's wife Debbie works in customer service at Lou-Rich. They have a daughter, Addie, who works as a guidance counselor and psychologist at The Gerard Home in Austin. Jim's favorite hobby is gardening and has said if his gardening techniques don't kill his flowers, nothing will.
